It is best to have students first notice and then wonder. Separating out these pieces can help students focus on first one and then the other.

Find Google Classroom version links below. There is one for Google Slides and a Google Docs version. Teachers have found them useful for different levels of students. Slides is better as intro into noticing and wondering and makes document formatting easier. Once students get used to it, Google Docs looks more formal and keeps everything together. Make a copy to keep in your Google Drive. Then make copies for each student when you upload to Google Classroom.
