Bit Picker Upper Bot – Engineering Design Challenge

Problem: 

• Sherrie dropped a bunch of hole punches on the tables. Whoopsadaisy! Now there are bits and pieces everywhere. Sherrie has a bad back. Can you use Edison to design a robot to help her pick up the bits and pieces?

Criteria: 

• The lint roller must be incorporated into you design.
• It can be remote control or programmed.
• It must pick up the hole punches from the tabletops.
• You must give your robot a catchy name.

Constraints:

• Time limit of 20 minutes
• You have access to anything in your kits to use.
• You can use either your tank or an Edison for the solution.
• You can use more than one Edison.
• You can cut the handle off the lint roller but you won’t be given another.
